What a wonderful experience. Full body work feels so powerful and empowering. I felt comfortable and safe. Letting go and truly relaxing doesn’t come easily but the reward is beautiful. Time stood still and I felt truly aware of and connected to my body. My racing mind relaxed and took some time out. A wonderful therapist. The whole experience was healing.

Your therapist will apply passive stretches according to your capacity and massage to your body. You will feel as if you've done two hours of yoga without having done a thing. Discover the innate power of the body to heal.

The filling of the mattress is 100%Natural Kapok fibre from the jungle. A heated mat and blankets also serve to increase your comfort while your therapist works on your alignment. Observe how harmony is restored through increased alignment.

About your therapist

Though I lived in Thailand some years ago, I didn't really come to Thai Yoga Body work until going on my own wellness journey following treatment for breast cancer. While recovering from chemotherapy and surgery, I started practising yoga. Then, whilst on a yoga retreat, I booked in for a treatment and was instantly hooked. I was blown away by this new kind of loving attention to my body; by how thorough and holistic it was and by the kindness in the touch of the therapist, Nicole.

As a single mother, it was a struggle during chemotherapy, but I experienced first hand, how generous people can be with their time and energy. After that, I wanted to give something back.

Like so many people, I've been on a long journey in relationship with my body and have been affected by abuses, traumas and loss. Now, I can say with absolute confidence that I'm so grateful for the journey and wouldn't have it any other way. I hope to pass on some of the loving kindness for self that I'm still learning.

I look forward to holding space for you in the therapy room at SelfSpace.Life

With love,

Elisabeth
