Meet Elisabeth
A Journey Toward Loving Kindness
Even though I once lived in Thailand, I only discovered Thai Yoga Bodywork through my own wellness journey following treatment for breast cancer. During recovery from chemotherapy and surgery, I began practising yoga, and on a retreat, I received my first Thai Yoga Bodywork session. I was instantly moved — by how thorough, holistic and kind the experience felt and by the gentle presence of my therapist, Nicole.
As a single mother navigating chemotherapy, I learned first-hand how generous people can be with their time and energy. That experience inspired me to give something back — to offer others the same compassion and care I had received.
Like many, I’ve travelled a long and complex journey in relationship with my body, shaped by both trauma and healing. Today, I can say with gratitude that I wouldn’t change that path. Every step has deepened my understanding of what it means to live with kindness toward oneself — something I continue to learn and share through my work.
I am trained in Thai Yoga Bodywork and anatomy,physiology and pathology. I continue to study integrative, mindful approaches to touch and healing. My sessions draw on both traditional techniques and intuitive presence, allowing space for release, rest, and reconnection.
I look forward to holding space for you in the therapy room at SelfSpace.Life — a place to breathe, to arrive, and to remember the wholeness already within you.
